<p>この方の食事を紹介するとざっくりこんな感じ。基本は低糖質パンを主食にしてもらいながら程よくガス抜きをしてもらい、ストレスと上手に付き合いながらの食事でした。揚げ物やスィーツは朝に食べるようにして、会食等のお付き合いの時も白米は３口だけ食べて後は残すという「サンクチュアリ（3口有り）作戦」を実行して頂きました。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">痩せる事・継続する事・リバウンドしにくい事の鉄則は「ストレスを上手にコントロールする事」これに尽きます。ねぎし塾ではその人のストレス耐性を見極め、程よくガス抜きをして貰う事を心掛けています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">その為に朝に「スィーツ・揚げ物」を食べてもらい、外食では「白米は3口はOK」と言うルールにし、普段の主食は低糖質パン（<a href="https://www.mikapan.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">低糖質Mikaパン</a>）を食べて頂くよう指導してたおかげでストレスと上手に付き合い暴発する事なく成功まで辿り着けました。</p>
